Holiday rentals with beach access in Catanzaro

Only, unfortunately, 4 magnificent days, for the hospitality, the house, the location, the sea, the veranda. Sciacca and his wife were very helpful from the moment, as if we had always known each other. We'll be back.

We had a great stay at House Nina. The apartment is spacious and clean. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The village is quiet and has a nice beach. The WiFi works more times less well. There are two different wifi and we were able to switch to the other when one of the two was weak. Overall, we got along well with it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a wine from our own production, which we were very happy about. We also ordered the homemade beer and a limoncello. Prices were very fair and it was brought to us directly to the door within 5 minutes. Overall, we can only recommend the apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. Couldn’t ask for better hosts , nothing was too hard , very hard to find genuine people like this these days . Very helpful, lovely clean spacious place . Having drinks and snacks provided was great also. So close to the beaches lovely car park nice garden, hope to be back one day. Thanks for the stay

We had a great experience at Antonio's. The spot is perfect, beautiful ocean view, right on the lungomare, very close to the main corso but away from the city noise. Antonio was very helpful with recommendations. He went above and beyond a couple of times for us. The unit is private and quiet, and large enough for several people. We enjoyed many coffees and meals on the beautiful balcony. Highly recommend!!

We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

Antonella's residence is equipped with all possible amenities and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

+ Everything is good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen.

It was beautiful, communication with Silvio was great. He was always quick to answer questions and problems and helped us. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Salvatore is at the top, he welcomed us very warmly, he recommended nearby restaurants as well as beaches and viewpoints, the accommodation is impeccable small quiet residence with swimming pool and sunbathing. Frankly impeccable, I'm really satisfied. Thanks again and see you soon!

Incredible place, exactly as announced and extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and it is beautiful as in the pictures. The place is close to an amazing view, good restaurants and the main beach. I highly recommend this place.

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Good location for walking around the centre. Cristian was a great host and gave recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. Good cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a piece of garden at guests' disposal. The home is clean and well-maintained. Beautiful beaches nearby. Domenico is always helpful and communicative. We recommend it for guests with a car who are looking for peace and relaxation.

Our Little piece of Paradise in Pizzo! This apartment had it all and was so adorable. We were unlucky with the weather in Pizzo with lots of rain but wow did we love our apartment! The gas fireplace saved the day / days for us. It made our time there super cozy and comfortable. The view on one of the sunny days was beautiful. The apartment was perfect for the three of us traveling and my mom of 81 was even able to get around just fine. Super clean, new and cozy. Great stay all around. And our hosts were great! Thank you
