Our home is located in a quiet cove on Lake Hickory with great water views and a deep water dock with plentiful spaces for relaxation and family time. The cottage has room to sleep 10 with 3 bedrooms and one bonus room with bunk beds. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas can sit up to 10 people for meals and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities. Bonus of hot tub, paddle board, floats, gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit and an outdoor shower (seasonal).

This space is a true loft , LARGE windows with plenty of natural light , open floor plan including the sleeping/bedroom area . The kitchen is a smaller galley style . The bathroom is large with two sinks, large two person whirlpool/ hot tub , large open two person shower , laundry is located behind the kitchen and allows guests to operate machines without the noise . This is a true walkup , nearly 30 steps with landings to gain entrance . There is potential for noise !
