Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Caucasus Mountains

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

It is a beautiful house located right in the middle of a huge vineyeard. The house is large and well equipped. Quite a bit of off-roading is required to reach the place, but then one gets 30 hectares to oneself.

كانت إقامتي رائعة بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى. استمتعت كثيرًا بالإقامة في الفيلا، فهي جميلة ونظيفة ومجهزة بكل ما يحتاجه الضيف. المنطقة المحيطة هادئة وطبيعتها ساحرة، مما جعل من إجازتي تجربة لا تُنسى. الشخص المضيف Irakli كان قمة في الأخلاق والتعاون، وقد جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة وسهولة. بلا شك، سأعود مرة أخرى لزيارة هذا المكان الجميل والاستمتاع بكل تفاصيله. أنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والاستجمام

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

نحن 4 شباب ، جئنا من المملكة العربية السعودية بهدف السياحة ، لقد استمتعنا في وقتنا بهذا المنزل ، شعرنا وكأنه منزلنا الخاص ، متوفر لديهم شطاف الماء بدوراة المياة ، أيضا متوفر مطبخ كامل بأغلب الإحتياجات مثل الصحون والملاعق والسكاكين وقدور الطبخ بأحجام مختلفه ، وأخيرا تحيه الى Lika وعائلتها لقد كانو لطيفين جدا بتعاملهم وخدمتهم اذا كان لديك أي مشكله ، سريعين بالتجاوب وحل المشكله ، لديهم ايضا الماء لذيذ جدا ، لاحاجة لإصطحاب الماء معك

الموقع جميل لاتكفي لوصفه ،،روعه واكثر .البيت في قمة الاناقة .المشب والشرفه شيء خيالي .يعيب المكان ضعف النت قضيت يومين في عزله تقريبا . شكرا كبير للأخ أحمد البعداني دائما سريع الاستجابة وخدوم ويجعل من المكان اجمل ❤️

Большой прекрасный дом с тремя спальнями (из них одна – детская комната). Есть все нужные вещи. Шикарные виды на долину, в том числе прямо из душа. Хозяин всегда на связи, быстро отвечает и рад помочь. Из минусов - пришлось немного побороться с интернетом, он не хотел работать, но потом заработал; и на балконе не все рейки на месте, маленьких детей я бы на балкон не выпускал.

Отдыха в доме был прекрасным . Фото полностью соответствуют действительности. Очень уютно, красиво и спокойно

We had a wonderful stay at Maya’s apartment! The flat is very spacious, clean, and located right in the historical center — everything is within walking distance. It was also very convenient that we could check in and check out by ourselves. Maya was always available and answered all of our requests quickly and kindly. There’s even a grocery store nearby, which made everything even easier. Thank you, Maya, for your warm hospitality and making our trip so comfortable!

Вид из квартиры это полный восторг!! Каждое утро просыпаешься с прекрасным видом на озеро и горы! Квартира уютная, очень тихая. В тишине слышен шум вол. Кухня прекрасно подготовлена для готовки, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Это то что нужно для тихого, спокойного отдыха))

Peaceful and pleasant and my fourth stay at Ani's place. Ani is a super responsive host and her family nearby for any suggestions and I am appreciative of the delicious welcome amenities. The artistic apartment is spacious and with a tuned piano as pictured, it is always pleasant to stay here and I recommend Ani's place wholeheartedly.

Очень уютная, чистая и стильная квартира с шикарным видом. Ощущаешь себя героем фильма, так как вокруг много предметов искусства и самого разного декора. Непременно советую всем, кто ищет жилье в Тбилиси и хочет провести время с наслаждением 🫶🏻

Хочу поблагодарить Tamunu за гостеприимство.Все было просто великолепно.Прекрасный район чудесная квартира.Мы довольно часто путешествуем и это несомненно была лучшая квартира за все время.Во первых очень лёгкое и комфортное заселение.Разрешили оставить чемоданы.Очень чистая и уютная квартира в которой есть все абсолютно. Днем - это запах хвои, свежесть горного воздуха и минеральные источники, ночью - это потрясающее звездное небо и умиротворяющая тишина 🌟 Вилла удобная, уютная, кровати и матрасы именно для комфортного сна. Кухня оборудована всех необходимым и даже больше - большим камином, где прекрасно можно провести время, греясь прохладными вечерами🍷🔥 Ну, и вишенка на торте - это гостеприимство хозяина - Мамука встречает как родных, что оставляет самые теплые воспоминания о поездке. very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!

المكان جميل وسهل الوصول ويبعد عن لمدينه 10 دقائق لكن المضيف لايسمح لك بدقيقه اضافيه عند الخروج وللاسف بطيئ الاستجابه يرد عليك بعد ساعات بصفه عام المكان جيد

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
