The most beautiful view from the windows I have ever had. Had to cry because I didn’t want to go back 😹😹 very peaceful and down to earth place with friendly owners and great common area. Really loved it!!!

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

The location was breathtaking, nestled amidst the serene mountains, offering stunning views of the majestic Mount Kazbegi. Saba was an exceptional host, always available and ensuring our comfort at every step. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, sharing insights about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to the star of our stay, Goofy, the sweetest German Shepherd we've ever met! Goofy was incredibly friendly and affectionate, quickly winning over our hearts. Spending time with Goofy was a highlight of our visit—it made the place feel even more like home.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Konaklama yapma sebebimiz şehirden uzaklaşıp doğayla iç içe kalmaktı. Tam olarak talebimizi karşılayan bir tatil oldu. Havalimanından transfer konusunda ev sahibi yardımcı oldu ve giriş saatimizde de kolaylık sağladı. Ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa destek alabildik. Yemek seçeneği çok fazla değil fakat bizim için yeterliydi.

Aziz è senza dubbio il miglior host che abbia mai conosciuto, è stato perfetto in ogni fase della prenotazione, sempre gentile, chiaro e disponibile. Ha reso la nostra esperienza di viaggio una favola. Dalla prenotazione dell'alloggio, alla fase di check in e check out, passando per i suggerimenti e i consigli dei posti da visitare in zona. Presente in qualsiasi momento! L'alloggio è di per sé una perla, un bungalow moderno in una cornice mozzafiato, con un panorama unico e dotato di tutti i comfort, dalla piscina a sfioro, la vasca interna, stufa, condizionatori e qualsiasi cosa di cui si possa pensare di aver bisogno. Seppur non in piena stagione, la nostra permanenza qui è stata memorabile e non ho dubbi nel dire che quando e se dovessi decidere di tornare a visitare questi posti, farò senza dubbio base in questo angolo di paradiso. Cute villa surrounded by nature! Samir was extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best places to stay if you’re in Gabala, especially after rainy season when the hills would be green. Loved the lawn and the garden with cherry blossoms!

I had a wonderful stay at Ramil’s clean and beautiful villa, with his friendly and helpful hospitality making it a great experience.

So good that we came back and stayed for another month 👍 the local gym in the complex is very good also and shops are always open. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Очень уютное жилье в очень живописном месте. Вид на освещенный храм ночью на возвышенности заслуживает особого внимания. Безупречно мягкая и уютная постель, в которой было особо комфортно засыпать под успокаивающий шум реки. Общение с хозяевами просто супер, помогали во всем и просто круто было общаться. Не могло не радовать расположение коттеджа, в тихой окрестности но в 3 минутах пешком от центра! Если вы окажетесь в Сванетии, это место окажется идеальным вариантом для вашей поездки. Настоятельно рекомендую!

It was an ultimate dream destination. Surrounded by snow capped mountains, this cozy villa amid them mesmerized us beyond words. The rooms were absolutely clean and well kept. There were multiple sit out areas with hammocks, swings and a barbecue. They provided us with wood for the same . The kitchen was fully equipped and above all the friendly hosts - Nicko and Alex. They helped us in transport as well from Tbilisi to Kazbegi and to Batumi and back. All throughout they showed us around and made us very comfortable. Would love to come here again n again. Thank you guys, we are already missing you all and cottage Garshemo !

Amazing stay in a warm and cozy home From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The house is warm, beautifully decorated and very cozy making it the perfect place to relax. It was private territory so this too good for our romantic trip. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations A special thank you for the lovely gift of wine —such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special! This was the best vacation rental experience of my life. The apartment has everything you need an amazing view from the balcony. Aleksi was amazing with arrival instructions and overall the most hospitable vacation rental host I’ve ever had.

Thanks so much to Ana and her wonderful mom for making our stay in Racha warm despite of the cold weather outside ❤️ The house is located in the centre of Ambrolauri so you can easily get there by public transportation or by taxi (also Ana’s mom can help with a private transfer if you missed your bus as we did 😆) You can also easily reach the cafes and food stores by feet. At the same time it’s a very calm and peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by pine trees 🌲 The house itself is equipped with everything you might need and looks really cozy and homy. We came out of season when the weather is not nice yet, but it wasn’t a problem because there are a few heaters and the water was really hot. Really appreciate the tips Ana sent before and during the trip, I will try to come back in summer to see all the beauties around ⛰️
