The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our pretty 16th century Normandy house, with a surface area of 200 m2, consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs (very common in this type of house), a heated swimming pool (overlooking the living room) and a large garden of 2700 m2, is located 5 minutes from Evreux, or 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris.
