Gîte La Tour du Canal - Petit château du XIII century, facing the Canal du Midi, in an estate of more than 2 hectares. Nestled in the heart of olive and almond trees. We open the doors to this very private estate, where there are two castles, one from the 13th century, the other from the 19th century, where we live. The large shaded park is appreciated on hot summer days, and is embellished with a large swimming pool. It is located 10 minutes from the City of Carcassonne and 3 minutes from Trèbes.

In the historical heart of medieval Caunes, in the Carcassonne area, a light, beautifully restored house. Two spacious bedrooms and a third small one, two elegant bathrooms, a modern, extremely well equipped kitchen. A large and lovely covered terrace with table and chairs for 8. Cosy sofas, a mixture of antique and modern furniture, mirrors, photographs, paintings, books, music. Views over the roof tops to the medieval abbey. Quiet, sunny, a peaceful haven surrounded by centuries of history.

Sixteenth Century House and garden

Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20).
