L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Quiet subdivision, parking is available in front of the house. From April to October, you can enjoy a terrace to have breakfast in the sun. A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with jewel like pool and designer garden! King size and Queen size beds. A great place to explore the area from, and enjoy the garden and pool, and relax before an aperitif and BBQ under the stars! There is so much to do and see, from ancient towns to oyster shacks and beaches. The area is FULL of good wineries and stunning countryside. Reviews are also on the I bedroom version of this apt available through Airbnb for 2 people.

Refurbished ground floor apartment, 26 m2 1-bedroom, 80 m from the beach, quiet family-friendly seaside resort. In Portiragnes, parking is free and Rue des Mouettes is reserved for residents and is one-way. Nearby you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, fishmonger, tobacco, newspapers...) as well as restaurants and bars. Small dogs accepted upon request. Linen kit for 15 euros on request.
