The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.
