"Soladela" is a new contemporary wooden villa of 150m2 with a magnificent view of the maquis and the mountains. The single-story villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. A 250m2 terrace surrounds the house and its heated (30°C) 10x4m pool. The villa is located in a recent, quiet and family-friendly residence, close to the most beautiful beaches of Corsica: Maora at 5mn, Spérone at 15mn and Santa Giulia at 20mn. The town of Bonifacio is at 10mn and Figari Airport is 20mn.

Located on the private island of Cavallo, in the heart of the Fishermen's Village, a few steps from amenities, the port and the beaches, this apartment offers vast panoramas of the sea, the port and the Lavezzis archipelago. The apartment is spacious and very bright. It has 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms. The living room includes a dining area, a large fully equipped American kitchen as well as a living room that opens to a balcony with breathtaking views.
