Monthly Rentals in Cave Creek

We stayed at Jim’s home for nearly 5 months, and I can’t say enough how AWESOME the home is, and how wonderful Jim was as our host! The photos look excellent, but the home looks even better in person. I would rate this home as a true 10/10, and I would say the same about the host. If you’re wondering about value — don’t! The home, the neighborhood, the host, the amenities, and the experience are worth every penny.

Very private and layed back. Expansive layout with diverse flavor, very comfortable

Dana's Casita was the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in. Admittedly, I rarely feel "at home" or completely comfortable in a space that isn't mine, but the cleanliness, and little touches definitely made an impact. The bathroom was spotless, as was kitchen and all linens. The natural dish sponge has changed my kitchen game:) She even provides purified dinking water which to us is a massive bonus. Shower head was even filtered! Again, small touches, big win. The view off covered porch was so pretty and well kept. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Dana even left a tie out for our dog which we didn't think we would use but it came in handy for more relaxing coffee time with our pup able to hang out with us on her bed. You can tell she cares deeply for her property, and wants her guests to have a great experience. We will for sure stay here again!

A friend and I stayed with my two dogs, and the place was perfect! We got in after a really long drive, and it couldn’t have been better. Ella and David were super responsive and helpful and made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The place itself is incredibly clean and tidy, and the fenced-in area was perfect for my dogs (especially after a long drive). We enjoyed some coffee outside on the patio and the yard is absolutely full of birds and wildlife, plus their own horses. I had previously lived in Phoenix, but Cave Creek is so much more peaceful and beautiful! Couldn’t recommend Ella and David more!
