La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

In the beautiful Cavo (Elba), we rent out the ground floor of our villa, 300 m from the sea. The apartment (100m2) can accommodate 9 up to persons (4 adults.+5 Ki. or up to 6 adults.+3 Ki.) and consists of a spacious living room, a large bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed (1.40 + 90), a very large covered terrace (40m2), a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The beach in front is free while a little further on there is a small bathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars and dinghies.
