Private Cottage - Countryside Farm Stay

Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

This delightful, recently refurbished 2 bed cottage sits in an exclusive cul-de-sac in the heart of the scenic, award winning Yorkshire village of Boston Spa. There are gorgeous countryside and riverside walks on your doorstep and red kites soaring overhead. Boston Spa is diverse and bustling with new and established cafes, restaurants and bars only a minutes walk away. Living area with comfortable seating & TV. Bedroom has a king size bed, space for single bed (upon request) and space for a cot (cots not provided). Bathroom with walk in shower & separate bath. Parking available on site.

With easy access to York by car, bus, cycle track or (in the summer months) riverbus, you can explore the city’s history or the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.

Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

No.3 is next to No. 4, our sister property and can be rented together to accommodate up to 8 guests.
