Located in a quiet residential area of the south island, min. from the village, close enough to be convenient but just far enough to be quiet and secluded . Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

Woodpecker House - Birdhouses Luis and Lucrecia.

Birdhouses a very unique place in the sunset side of the island, in front of water. Very private and in contact with nature. Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and 2 hammocks. Safe, spacious and airy bathroom with hot water and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Bicycles included! If I am booked look for my sister houses Hummingbird or Pelican in Birdhouses! We are not a resort nor a hotel!

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

Stunning peaceful cabana on the reef side of Caye Caulker! This rental is not oceanfront, but only steps from the water. Have coffee or a cocktail on the large veranda with the Caribbean breeze in a private setting. A traditional hardwood house in a lovely tropical garden at the end of a quiet street. The house is well laid with lots of space. The entire top floor is a bedroom (with A/C) with a private toilet/shower room and hammock deck. The open plan lower floor has a toilet, full kitchen, dining area and lounge with AC and a dining deck. Outside is the pool surrounded by the garden. Perfect for relaxing but only ten minutes from anywhere on the complimentary bikes.

OASI is a top apartment rental facility with four furnished apartments with equipped kitchen, independent bathroom, ceiling fan and A/C, TV, free Wi-fi, 1 queen size bed and a futon sofa, independent verandah with chairs and hammocks. We care about environment so we add 12 solar panels to provide solar energy in all the property. We also have rain water vat for all the water needs and a direct connection to city water when rain water is not available.
