It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and 2 hammocks. Safe, spacious and airy bathroom with hot water and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Bicycles included! If I am booked look for my sister houses Hummingbird or Pelican in Birdhouses! LUNA ROOM is a nice quiet cozy, clean and comfy room for a SOLO TRAVELER or a COUPLE , with its own private hot and cold shower, tile and varnish wood floor, with a nice shared veranda. Air Condition, ceiling fan, small fridge, Electric kettle, a nice little court yard where you can hang, mingle and have a chat with the other guest, or play a little with Luna (our Pit bull dog) she is very friendly and loving with guest.
