House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Its spacious areas both indoors and outdoors are ideal for children. On the ground floor, a large living room, a shower room, a separate toilet and a master suite with shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and a dressing room, a landing that can accommodate an extra bed and a bathroom.
