Perfect rental, warm and very well-equipped house, very welcoming and accommodating host. The house is large and has numerous very comfortable rooms. Quiet reigns outside and yet the city is very close. Very nice view of the Cevennes. We had a great time. Communication with Katia was very nice, we really enjoyed crossing her path! Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay at this gite. Isabelle and Fabrice were very welcoming and communication was fluid from start to finish. The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes drive from Montpellier and the beaches, in the pretty village of Assas. The environment is quiet and relaxing, with the castle of Assas nearby — perfect for a relaxing moment. A beautiful place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Small house in a very nice village of gites, the pool and the air conditioning are very appreciable and the hosts are very available without being oppressive. Recommended!

Very clean apartment and as described. Right next to my training center where I spent a few days. Seemingly spacious, it feels like home! Julien is responsive to requests, it's a pleasure. I would recommend it 100%

We had a pleasant stay. The space has lived up to our need, and our expectation. Peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. We were able to contact our host Martine, who always made himself available to respond to our requests. We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

The place is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the center of Montpellier by walking entirely. The only downside is the lack of flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times even if the owner still accepts a check-in at 3:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your availability, I would recommend this listing!

Jean welcomed us personally and very kindly and said goodbye at the end. The apartment corresponded exactly to the descriptions, was well equipped and had a very nice terrace overlooking the sea. The private parking was right next to the property. We were very satisfied can definitely recommend the place, thank you!

Cécile is a very pleasant and responsive host. the accommodation was very nice, very clean, very beautiful and very well decorated, it was warm, it felt really good. duplex cottage very convenient for our 3 toddlers. you can add an umbrella bed without worries! it has all the essentials for the bathroom, kitchen (very nice to have choice of coffee, tea in the morning) we recommend eyes closed and will be happy to come back on occasion! thank you again Cécile 😊
