From the original wrought-iron balcony is a great south view on the small valley, the creek and the olive trees, perfect for a dinner at sunset or just to relax. "Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Piccolo appartamento: centrale e vicino al mare.

L' alloggio è situato in una zona piuttosto centrale e vicino al mare. Camminando infatti si può benissimo raggiungere entrambe le destinazioni. Inoltre a pochi minuti troverete il quartiere "Venezia" dove potete godere dei ristoranti tipici e gustare tutte le specialità della cucina toscana. Stessa cosa per la famosa Terrazza Mascagni che è poco distante. L'alloggio è situato al 4° piano senza ascensore. Ambiente molto luminoso, climatizzatori, lavatrice, WI-FI, televisione + console.
