Lara is a super host! They welcomed me at the agreed time even though we had unexpected traffic during the trip! Lara's house is in a convenient area also to find parking but above all convenient to reach the port to leave for Elba! I recommend it. The accommodation was very clean and equipped with every comfort, I really liked the presence of fresh water in the fridge, especially because when we arrived at 11.30 we were very hot! Thank you Lara, if I go back from Piombino, I will definitely come back to you.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the sea, very nice and complete with everything, very helpful and friendly host, we had a great time.

Highly recommended accommodation, both for couples and families since it has two bedrooms and 4 beds (two single and one double) and very large, airy and easy spaces. From the photos it looks almost smaller than it actually is and there's really nothing missing! Everything is clean and cozy. Andrea and his family are wonderful people who can take care of guests at all times, always available and accommodating in everything. You can see the love and passion with which they spend keeping the place respectful of guests. All we have to do is highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take a vacation in this area because you will be sincerely satisfied and happy.

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvia's apartment in the heart of Porto Azzurro old town has met our expectations more than. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is well renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and keeps everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very convenient for us. The communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information in the apartment on an info board. There was nothing from our perspective, which was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!

The apartment is rather simple, the house a little outdated. However, the equipment is very well thought out - from the bottle opener to the parasol to the trolley for shopping or a visit to the beach, everything is there. The price is absolutely reasonable, especially if you are traveling with several people or as a family. The location is unbeatable. The beach, restaurants and ice cream parlors, shopping - everything can be easily done on foot. But the best thing was definitely Maria-Assunta: super warm and hospitable and always available for questions, absolutely wonderful.

The place is very welcoming and well furnished and clean, you feel at home and parking right below the house . A few steps from the property, you'll find everything from supermarkets to the laundromat and pizzeria. Viccariello is a very nice and strategic village because it is easy to get to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany in a short time. The peace and serenity you breathe is priceless. Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

We enjoyed the stay in Diego's apartment very much. Cozy apartment, private parking and in a few steps you are immediately by the sea. Diego and his mother are very likeable and hospitable people. We recommend the place 100%.

We stayed 4 days in this beautiful house, equipped with every comfort and with a beautiful view of the view of Riparbella. The silence and tranquility of the place are priceless. The welcome from Fabrizio and Marzia was exquisite and attentive: we had to change the heating temperature settings and the request was promptly met. We highly recommend the experience and hope to be back soon. We thank Marzia and Fabrizio for their availability and cordiality.

We spent 6 days in this well-maintained house renovated and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and available to give us advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

Benedetta's place is a studio apartment located inside the park's farm. The house has a very nice outdoor area that is directly in the park. The sea is accessed through a staircase inside the park, so it's very comfortable! Quiet place with a condominium pool always clean, where there is always Arianna, a pleasant and helpful person. Benedetta is a kind person who responds to every need. We stayed for 15 days with a small child and our little dog who had a great time! We had a good time! Thank you Benedetta. To improve the appearance of cleaning, but otherwise everything is great!

Marta and Andrea are very great and handsome people. They are always helpful and proactive in any needs we had. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful space and a good starting point for trips in this area. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Staying in Samuele's apartment was a great experience. Not only is the house itself very spacious, with a large living room, balcony, two bathrooms and two showers, but also the residence in which it is located is easy to access, with several parking and quiet (beautiful pool!). Ideal for a vacation on the Island of Elba and feeling at home. Communication with Samuele was always very fast and clear. In a month of stay we didn't have any issues. If we return to Elba Island, this apartment will definitely be the first choice for us!

It was a very nice stay. The proximity to Pisa and Florence is a big plus. The kids were in the pool every day and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kjara had some great insider tips.

Authentic, quiet and uncomplicated. Lovely place. Everything nice and clean. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The pool area was a class of its own - so nice! There are only three rentals, which makes it very cozy. Mr. Andrea made sure everything was ok and in order - very accommodating, but with limited English knowledge - Google translate and common sense went well though. Possibility of great trips to the local area: Cecina is cozy and a little “classic” tourist town. Here we were at the weekly market as well as had dinner on the marina promenade with the most beautiful sunset. There are also nice beaches. A car is a necessity. Mr. Andrea asked about everything ok. I replied it was perfect. He replied that nothing is perfect. My answer here was: yes, this place was!
