Matagorda Bay via boat & Sargent Beach is just a short drive away. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 queen & 2 Kings, as well as a twin. Walk in showers in both bathrooms. There's plenty of room to BBQ & relax in the fenced in back yard. Canoeing is encouraged & one is provided for your enjoyment, but please bring your own life jackets & fishing poles!

What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
