Set back on 10 wooded acres and right on Shetland Creek, this location is perfect for an up north getaway! Close to wineries, golf courses with Lake Michigan, Lime Lake and Little Traverse Lake all right nearby. Just a short drive to Glen Arbor and Leland. The Heritage Trail is also down the road. Spend the day exploring then relax by the creek in the evening with a glass of wine!

Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Mountain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.
