Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. (AllTrails>Nevada City> Deer Creek Tribute Trail). Park right in front. Extra room for RV or boat. Cozy loft has queen bed, window and skylight; access by a six-step ladder. Convertible couch easily and quickly converts to flat bed. After you check out, you are welcome to leave your car safely near the cabin and return later to pick it up.
