Si accede poi alla doppia terrazza, con panorama mozzafiato con stupenda vista mare e centro storico. La casa è interamente climatizzata e con riscaldamento (ideale per soggiorni invernali). In casa, gli accessori sono di forte impatto contemporaneo o di manifattura artigianale, ceramiche dei primi del '900 e specchi di design. WI-FI ILLIMITATO con ADSL. Troverete lenzuola ricamate, candidi copriletti in cotone e lino per le tende. Argenti ed arte contemporanea, rivestono lo spazio. Un'atmosfera sfumata per Luminaria, dove piante di cactus, antiche cementine recuperate e luci colorate, aspettano il vostro soggiorno: BENVENUTI! Intera casa L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere settecentesco, a pochi passi da Piazza della Libertà e da numerosi bar e ristoranti, dove gustare la tipica cucina mediterranea. IL TRULLO TUO con giardino, ubicato nel rione storico Aia Piccola,ristrutturato nel 2013 può accogliere fino a 4 persone. Un soggiorno indimenticabile,un'esperienza esclusiva che fa tornare indietro nel tempo tra tradizione e cura dei dettagli. É possibile arrivare in macchina di fronte al trullo per una sosta di pochi minuti per lasciare i bagagli. Parcheggio in via Indipendenza per 6 euro al giorno ,oppure 2 euro all'ora di fronte al trullo o nei pressi della Stazione ferroviaria.

Casa Faggiano, palazzotto del ‘700 in pieno centro

E’ un confortevole ed accogliente alloggio, recentemente ristrutturato, nel primissimo centro storico di Ceglie Messapica, a circa 100 m dalla centrale piazza Plebiscito. L’appartamento è ubicato al piano terra di un antico palazzo settecentesco, costruito interamente in pietra, con le caratteristiche volte “a stella” rese a vista, tipiche delle case delle zona. All’interno delle stanze non è presente l’aria condizionata in quanto non necessaria (ma è presente un ventilatore).
