The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Small but nice, a tiny house
Have you ever stayed in a tiny house? We'll give you the opportunity. The house offers everything you need on 17 m². A full bathroom (with separate toilet), a complete kitchen, a large bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a stereo system are also in the house. Your safety is also taken care of, because Lotte and Frieda (Golden Retrievers) look after the property, so you have to like dogs.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The accommodation is located separately in the "Little Cottage", which is then quite large with 33 square meters. During your stay, you're the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and double hot plate.

A super nice 40 sqm non-smoking apartment is waiting for you. Everything is freshly renovated. The fine historical character has been wonderfully preserved.
