Für einen Aufpreis bieten wir Ihnen ein leckeres Frühstück an. Der Leine-Heideradweg führt direkt an unserem Haus vorbei, perfekt für Radtouristen, ebenso der Jakobsweg. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Apotheke sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.

It is a 3 room apartment of about 100 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen with pleasant utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km away. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is just around the corner.

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. As it is an apartment in the countryside, there is of course also one or the other fly and mosquito here. A bottle of mosquito spray is not a bad companion.
