The bathroom is equipped with retro tiled floors in a farmhouse style with every comfort. Charming rustic small attic apartment (54 square meters) with two bedrooms (1 double bed 1.40 m wide (if you still love each other), a single bed convertible to double bed 80/1.60 (if not), a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room await you. The house is located on the western outskirts in the Badenstedt district, in the middle of an old residential area. All utilities are within walking distance. To the city 15 min. by U-Bahn [subway], to the fair 45 min./ by car 25 min.

Beautiful comfortable apartment in historic house

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
