There are two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed, a single mattress, a bathroom with a gas shower, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, Wi-Fi and a garage for one vehicle. Access to the beach is direct from inside the condominium and the location on Av. Brazil leaves all the facilities just a short walk away.

Decorated apartment, in the best region of the city. We are in the building of the best Roof top of Balneário Camboriú - Summit BC Av Atlântica and the 2000 street corner. Building with reception, swimming pool and garage Rooms and living room with air conditioning The building is sea front, but the apartment is seen backwards, has no sea view * see if the pool will be open during your stay (medical examination required) Normally the swimming pool only opens in the summer, from December to March. Will close 31/3/2026

Beautiful apartment, on the sand (15 meters from the beach) with partial view of the sea of Balneário Camboriú. Building on the sea block, on a corner of Av. Atlântica, on the other the busy Av. Brazil, in the central region, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. Condominium with 24-hour concierge. Apartment with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Supermarkets (including a 24-hour one), shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Passeio San Miguel are very close. Fantastic location. Enjoy and walk around the city.

In the windows of the bedrooms, crib and bathtub for babies! In the best location of the waterfront, in front of the Island, close to the main restaurants on the waterfront.
