The Old Stable

The Old Stable is a two storey property, with three bedrooms. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and has a dining table which comfortably seats six. The lounge has two large sofas, and a television with Freeview. There is also a downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed (which can convert into twin beds) and a wardrobe. There is a twin bedroom (which can convert to a king-size), a single bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a family bathroom. Ample parking is available for tenants use. £30 worth of electricity is included in the rental for this property Electricity cards are available to purchase if more electricity is required. Heating by electric radiators. There is a fishing lake on site, and arrangements can be made to use this. there is also a Watermill on site, Ford End Watermill. This little mill, recorded in 1616 but certainly very much older, was in use until 1963. Restored by volunteers, and now maintained and run by Ford End Watermill Society, it is the only remaining working watermill in Buckinghamshire with original machinery. It retains all the atmosphere of a small farm mill of the late 1800`s. An unusual feature is the sheepwash in the tailrace below the mill. Washing made the fleece easier to shear and increased its value. Stoneground wholemeal flour is on sale during milling demonstrations.

Not suitable for children. The Wing is in a peaceful location with underfloor heating, king size bed with cotton bedding and walk in shower. Snacks, wine and light breakfast foods are a gesture. . There are no cooking facilities has kettle and toaster Courtyard garden. Set in a beautiful countryside location with gorgeous walks to a gastro pub and high end hotel. Wild Dairy, a unique tiny house, was born out of our love for the Wild, Nature and the great outdoors . Remotely located in a field you will be sharing with horses, rabbits and an old barn owl that makes occassional visits to Wild Dairy. Dedicated Wi-fi and work space . A short walk into the tiny Hamlet of North Crawley to the small village shop and two great local public houses. (A short stagger home.) There is also a farm shop nearby where you can buy raw milk , more fresh bread and eggs.

The exterior of the house is set in a verdant garden, featuring tall trees and shrubs. A welcoming front path leads to the entrance, which is framed by seasonal greenery. The building displays a brick façade with large windows allowing plenty of natural light inside.

Cherished Two

This self contained studio is 5 mins drive from M1. It is 10-15 mins walk from the train station to central London in 30 mins. Luton airport is 10 minutes drive & Heathrow is 45 minutes. L&D Hospital is 5 minutes walk. It has its own access separate to the main house. It’s ideal for short stay travellers. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. It’s not suitable for children. Due to age of the painting, there are few spots on the walls. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO USE OUR ADDRESS FOR MAIL OR DELIVERIES.

This is my 5th short term apartment in the town and have pulled out every stop to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are 2 beds (Double bed & sofa bed) Basics such as - Tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are all provided! All linens, towels and bedding are freshly changed so all you need to bring is your suitcase!
