Beachfront holiday rentals in Central Okanagan

Vivian’s place exceed all our expectations. The house is beautiful, on the waterfront, and at the base of Knox Mountain, it has everything. Downtown is within walking distance making it a perfect location. Sitting out on the deck with views of the lake and mountains adds to the charm of this truely amazing home.

Linday provided exceptional service! She was incredibly friendly to our dog and even prepared some treats for him, which made us feel so welcomed. On top of that, she surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. We mistakenly got the checkout time wrong and were 30 minutes late, but the staff was very understanding and kind about it. Our family had a wonderful holiday, and we highly recommend staying here!

We've now stayed with Colin & Bianca twice and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves each time. The suite is perfect for our family, lots of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There was a heatwave when we were there but the suite was still a comfortable temperature the whole time we were there. Location was perfect. Pebble Beach was a favourite for the kids and just down the street. Lake Country had all of the necessities and both Kelowna and Vernon were within easy driving distance. We can't wait to come stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! We had so much fun at the lake water park and our home away from home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated having 4 separate bedrooms to accommodate our group of 7. The a/c worked great and we could enjoy the sun outside then relax in the cool comfort of the house. Melanie was a super responsive host and very helpful which was greatly appreciated. If you’re on the fence about the golf cart rental, go for it. The walk to the pool and market is flat and easy but the trip down to the lake is quite the hike.

We absolutely loved Kayla’s place. It was in such a great location. Very walkable. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Our family loved the hot tub. Would return for sure! Kayla was a great host.

Such a great place for so many different reasons! It’s a great central jumping off point for the whole of the region, equidistant between Kelowna and Naramata. Peachland is a beautiful long lakeside community and so peaceful, the house is cosy, comfortable and has everything you need. Karen is such a great host and super friendly too, can’t recommend this enough and will be back one day for sure.

Nermin's property was beautiful, well-kept. The pool was a huge hit with our girls as they had hours of fun swimming and playing. She was always willing to help and was such a kind person. she offered and made us the most delicious pizza that we all devoured. She was interesting to speak with about her travels and life, and her dog Rollo kept us from being too homesick for our dogs. We had an excellent experience and would be happy to return again next summer. We highly recommend this great spot.

Definitely one of the accommodation with the most beautiful view. I came here at the end of April, the residence was empty and luckily we had very good weather, so my experience was more than successful! The cabin directly overlooks the lake and you have several terraces where you can enjoy the view. You have two paddleboards at your disposal which is great. Inside the cabin you have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The decor is nice, lake theme, love it! I should point out that the TV is connected and larger than the one in the photo. Also, it's not specific but you have a Keurig coffee machine. Finally Amanda is very responsive and provides lots of useful information. I totally recommend you wont be disappointed!

Loved the amenities. Perfect for our family

This was not my first time staying at Jennifer’s gorgeous lakeside home. In fact, after our first stay I couldn’t stop dreaming about this home (and the amazing sheets). The views are spectacular, the whole house is done in an elegant design, the patio creates a relaxing haven. The master bedroom is so Luxurious with the wall to wall windows you feel like you’re waking up right on the lake. The ensuite bathroom has a rain shower with great pressure and the stand alone tub was perfect for relaxing with a book. The hot tub and sauna are awesome features especially in the off season. Jennifer is great to communicate with and very welcoming to all guests. If I could rate this home a 10, I would. Book now you won’t be disappointed!!

Shannon was responsive within 10 minutes of when I reached out. We were able to get into the place early as we flew into Kelowna rather early. Place was just perfect for what we were in Kelowna for. Family of 4 - 2 parents, 2 adult children that were coming together for a “reconnect” time. Place was fantastic! No hot tub or pool open yet. April 29-May 3, 2025.

Our family stayed at the condo for three nights and were very thankful for a place that felt like home! We had five adults and two infants and we fit perfect. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, the view beautiful and home spotless. We appreciated the comfy beds and the great communication!

We had a wonderful stay and it exceeded our expectations. Lovely unit located close the the pool. The host were accommodating and helpful. communication was great. The pictures are accurate, kitchen is well equipped. We have highly recommended this place to our friends and hope to return next year! Would definitely book again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The suite was spacious, modern, and had a stunning view. The rooftop hot tub is five star. Such a peaceful spot to unwind. McKinley Beach is a quiet, scenic community with lovely waterfront walks. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed at in the Okanagan. Can’t wait to return!

Condo was very clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Kids loved the bunk room. I was very impressed with the clear instructions given prior to check in and check out. Made everything extremely easy.

Great place! Had all the things we needed - Stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were prompt with responding and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. I misunderstood the description and thought there were three bedrooms, but there are two bedrooms and then two more beds at the top of the stairs. But we made it work for our family and had a great time.

The location and amenities in the Suite were fantastic. My only complaint is the price. We last stayed in a suite at Barona Beach in 2019, and since then have stayed in very similar accomodations in Kelowna proper, but for nearly half the price of Ellen and Aaron’s Suite. I’m not sure what rates for Ellen and Aaron’s suite were like prior to the B.C. government banning short-term rentals in Kelowna, but the current price seems excessive compared to other options we have rented over the past 5 years.

Beautiful Cottage and stunning Lakeview, was perfect for our family of 4 and a fully stocked kitchen with coffee. The resort has a lot to offer for sports activities and the kids had a lot of fun. Lakhbir was very responsive to my questions and provided some helpful recommendations. The Lakeview was so peaceful and we really enjoyed sitting on the back deck to enjoy the view

Julie is an amazing host. We had an issue (totally out of her control) that she jumped on immediately and had it fixed within the hour. She was always available and provided helpful info and suggestions. The Bay Area is perfect for launching your SUP, kayak or canoe and heading off on an adventure. The bay is weedy so sadly not good for swimming but we were able to paddle out to the lake and jump off the boards. We felt right at home with our dog making a BFF with Julie’s and being able to lay on the dock at night and count stars made it the perfect time away from the city. I adore Julie and will be back to stay again soon. If you want to go somewhere with a host you can trust and is there to ensure you have a great experience, stay with Julie ❤️

Tyler is a good hoist and replied the enquiries quickly. The place is nice and clean as same as the photos and descriptions. The surrounding environment is beautiful and nice, also has a lot of restaurants. I will visit it again next summer holidays.

We loved Brenda’s place. It was well appointed, had a good layout (worked great for two families), and is overall a very clean and comfortable space. Brenda was an excellent host - always easy to deal with, quick to respond, and provided helpful suggestions. The resort is great for families and the aqua park, in particular (3/4 water trampolines, climbing walls, human launcher), provided hours of entertainment for all. There is not much of a beach (quite rocky) but there are some decks and lounges. Floaties are important so you can just hang out in the water. We highly recommend Brenda’s place and hope to go back one day.

We loved staying at Celeste’s home at The Outback resort. Her home was well stocked, comfortable beds, very clean, and location was great. We have 2 young boys and there was plenty to keep them busy with and take in the surroundings of Lake Okanagan. Heated pool and hot tubs weee great but we still went in the lake in September.

Location, Location, Location!!! Carol and Darrell's place is perfectly located right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Darrell was great at check in and met us as soon as we arrived. The outdoor patio space was very special with views of the lake, perfect place to sit and enjoy dinner after a long day of sightseeing.

We stayed here in winter (early January) in order to ski at the nearby nordic area and Big White. The location was excellent for access to both of those areas. The resort was very quiet, only a few people around outside; there is some snowmobile noise but its infrequent. There were 5 of us, all adults, we could have fit in one more person but it might be cramped with more than that as the bedrooms are a little small and lack storage, especially for skiiers with lots of gear like us. We loved the nice big open kitchen/dining/living room gathering space, however. The kitchen is super: really well stocked, everything worked great, and a pleasure to cook in.
