Kristine was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive. This was the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in, especially for the price. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full size bathtub plus a dedicated shower in the master bath was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was dark at night. WiFi was fast at 390mbs down / 320mbs upload. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most of our meals. It's close to the DT Market and Moonmilk for groceries. You can walk either way along the beach to enjoy the boardwalks. The unit smells a little musty. The AC probably needs to be cleaned. The view of the abandoned Holiday Inn construction site is a bit disappointing, but it's not the first time we've had a view of an abandoned building in SE Asia. They're everywhere. This place would probably be a lot more expensive otherwise. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay. The house was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was perfect, we had great sleep in it every single night. The hosts are really sweet and kept checking on us, very responsive as well. The cleaning happened everyday and we had a very very nice stay overall. Would love to come back.

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. It is located in a quiet area and most things are in walking distance on both sides of the river. Check in is easy as they meet you and show you how everything works. The apartment is a great size and furnished with high quality furniture. We stayed for almost a month and have booked again for next year. It is that good. The host was amazing every time we had a slight problem it was sorted straight away, which you do not get with all hosts! I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Danang.

Everything was around the property, so it was very convenient. The accommodation was also neat and perfect. I'll use it again next time. Luggage storage was available, and the rooftop barbecue party was an unforgettable memory. The rooftop, fridge, sink, speaker, Jacuzzi, etc. were all very great.

We had a wonderful stay at Quan's place! The entire house was spotless with peaceful garden, near little lake, perfectly located, and Quan and his family was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even prepared party to celebrate New Year' Eve that make us feel like right at home. Our family from kids to elders all love the place, we would definitely stay here again!

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

Great location inside the walls of the Citidel. 20 minute walk to cross the Perfume river to the new city, with a large supermarket, local market and much more. Fridge was stocked with water, coke and beer for sale.

The host, Chloe, is friendly I like that everyone who works is bright and friendly. Each room has its own private bathroom The soundproofing is a little weak. The pool is well maintained It can be washed and dried, and please contact the host for inquiries. Breakfast is available for $3 per person and is delicious. If you apply for breakfast, the lady will come and make it for you at the time you want. It's like a business trip sef. He's very kind and has good skills. If you have to pick the disadvantages, it's the location, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to Hoi An Old Town, and the price is 100 ~ 130,000 won. The grocery store is nearby, but it's expensive. After 6 o'clock, there are no street lights, so it's dark ~ However, the accommodation is safe, so don't worry ~! If I come to Hoi An again next time, I will visit again.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

was cozy and comfortable place to stay 3 family ( inc dog). Very modernized, and great location to go here and there. I was sorry that only stay 2 nights at there. If we come once again, will gonna stay here as much as longer. Even more we bring our dog at there, there wasn't any restrictions to stay with. that was most awesome part. Ah,FYI during the evening hours when many people are using water, the water pressure may temporarily decrease.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Lovely, clean and cozy apartment within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Twenty minute walk to the lake and night market. Toan and Chi were very helpful, giving local information and responding to queries immediately. They even presented me with a cake when finding out it was my birthday! Great stay.

I would like to give Ninh and Soun a thousand stars , however this site only allows you to give them five. As a solo traveller I felt straight at home staying with these 'salt of the earth' interesting, funny, beautiful people. Their home is a traditional Vietnamese house. It has a wonderful view of both sea and mountains from the 9th floor large rooftop patio. Each apartment within the house is one large room with bed, dinning, kitchen and seperate bathroom. All furnished in traditional style furniture ,beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Lovely and quiet to sleep at night as it's tucked away in a quiet laneway. Location 10/10 walk 3 mins to beach and 30 secs to shops/restaurants. Nirvana

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

First of all, the host is a lovely woman, who went above and beyond to make us happy. Helped us store our gear before check-in time, quickly took care of any issues. And even went above and beyond to help me find a credit card I lost, including looking at the security cameras of the building and the adjacent supermarket. So much to take for granted. I thank you with all my heart🙏 Beyond that, the location is great, there is a lot to do within walking distance, 4 convenience stores under the house, a nice pool for families and children.

No complaints. Great value for money. Highly responsive host.
