Monthly Rentals in Central Visayas

I booked the place because its just a walking distance going to waterfront hotel for a Boys like Girls Concert. The place is close to malls, Sugbo Mercado and many more. Worth the price and fantastic!

Jeaneth and her whole team were phenomenal! I feel so lucky that my husband and I booked Villa Alessandra for our time in Moalboal. The room was exactly as described and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The property surrounding the villas is so beautiful and tranquil. The pool and restaurant were the cherry on top. Every meal and drink we ordered was perfect and so thoughtfully put together. We also rented one of the available scooters from the property, which was great for going to Moalboal proper and adventuring to see waterfalls and take hikes. All of the staff were kind and helpful at every turn. I can’t recommend Villa Alessandra enough!

If you're staying in Cebu for few days or even just for a night or a layover, this one is a good deal, especially that it has everything that you need, from kitchen equipment, TV with Netflix, hot and cold shower, pool, and good location (which is near IT park). Also, the condo is also neighbouring to restaurants and mall, special mention is the Pungko2 sa Fuente, which is walkable. Lastly, the hosts are very communicative and very generous to allow me to check out late.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The location was very good and the host was responsive. The interior was very well designed and the kitchen was very spacious. The t v was very good quality and had access to netflix and youtube. The bathroom shower had good pressure and also got very warm if you wanted it. The fridge could be a little bit bigger. The annoying thing about this building is the elevators but that is beyond the hosts control. There are three elevators but one doesn't work. Because there are almost 30 floors, the traffic in the elevators means you have to wait very long.
