Hi. I am renting for one night or more during the week: an equipped studio in the heart of Rennes (train station). It includes: a double bed, 1 flat screen TV, coffee table, kitchenette, fridge top and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Secure location with digicode, camera and night surveillance agent (internet/Freebox channel/Netflix/Playstation). Breakfast included. 7 euros more per additional person. Transportation nearby.

A 10-minute walk to the train station, we rent our apartment during our absences. It is ideal for business trips but also for exploring the city. Restaurants, bars, cinemas, theater, Carrefour City are within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a small building. It consists of a kitchen overlooking the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
