Completely renovated in early 2017, it has been lovingly decorated to make your stay cozy and is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning throughout the apartment, TV in every room, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking, and is fully furnished and equipped for temporary residential use. Facing south, it is incredibly bright. It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote. The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension. BATHROOMS Four spacious bathrooms, one of which is adapted for disabled guests, two with showers and one with a bathtub. We provide gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, hand soap, and a hairdryer. KITCHEN Spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and iron. It also has basic kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans of various sizes, bowls, serving dishes, etc., to make you feel at home. TERRACE 60 m2 of terrace to enjoy! It has a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and two sun loungers for sunbathing. Next to the sun loungers, there is a shower to cool off. Although the apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, you will enjoy a tranquility and silence that is hard to imagine.
