Located on the fourth floor, and there's no elevator. The stairs are comfortable for carrying your luggage. We'll help you!!! The accommodation has everything you need for your stay, from bed linen and towels, to a full breakfast and a welcome gift! My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
