Located on the first floor of a 17th-century building, the rooms have been tastefully and elegantly renovated to make your guests' stay comfortable and welcoming. The subways, airport, train stations, port and highways are easily accessible. Finished in an elegant burgundy color, this romantic home can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a lovely and spacious living room with a French-style sofa bed and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, TV, wireless connection, independent heating and air conditioning.

Subway line 1 is 500 meters away; line 2 is 300 meters away. The central train station is twenty minutes away on foot or one stop using the subway line 2. In front of the building is the MADRE Museum of Contemporary Art, where many events are organized. La suite non dispone di cucina, ma gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un microonde, un frigorifero e un bollitore. Nel salotto ci sono un divano letto misura francese m. 1.40 e una poltrona letto singolo. Il bagno con doccia, wc e lavandino, è privo di bidet.
