F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. Totally independent (we share the outdoor staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Very nice renovated apartment facing the sea of 55 m2 and a Spanish courtyard of 40 m2, offering panoramic views of the sea where you can see beautiful sunrises, 2 bedrooms, private parking. The place is on the beach side (quiet bay), it's perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Scuba diving enthusiasts will love it. We are Airbnb superhosts because our priority is that guests have a great experience!

Cerbère, on the Côte Vermeille, is a village wedged between the sea and the mountains. Built on the rocky coast of the Albères. You can just as easily go hiking in these still wild landscapes as you can rest on the beach, or go diving in the Cerbère-Banyuls Marine Reserve. The duplex apartment is close to all shops, restaurants, beach, train station, diving club. Parking is available on the adjacent streets, free parking.
