Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Alexandra & Simba's Home

Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at the level of the bedroom at 1.70 m.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Between the Loire & the Canal du Nivernais

Between Loire and Canal du Nivernais, A beautiful apartment completely renovated and furnished with 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds awaits you for seasonal rental. In a quiet building with private parking and bicycle storage. There is also an elevator, this peaceful retreat will seduce you in a pleasant small town. 1 km walk to train station and supermarkets 750 meters from downtown and its amenities (bakery, tobacco, bar etc...)

Logis du Moulin Neuf, Burgundy

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the exceptional setting of the Moulin-Neuf estate, an 18th century building on 10 Ha. In absolute calm near the birds and the stream, discover the abundance of life around - Loire Valley protected site - who knows if you will see deer, storks or kingfisher? Here, your eyes sparkle around the wood fire and the majestic starry sky ;) of Morvan. The Logis combines authenticity and comfort: noble materials, quality cuisine, superior bedding.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Welcome to this friendly F2, located on the top floor without elevator in a quiet building in Cercy-la-Tour, in the heart of the Nièvre. You will enjoy a large bright living room, a kitchenette and a modular bedroom: two single beds that can be combined into a comfortable double bed 🌿 The advantages • Stunning views of the wooded hills of Morvan and the Haras with its horses — a soothing sight upon waking. • Free parking at the foot of the building

In the countryside "La petite maison" Charming cottage

Located near the Nivernais canal, "La petite maison", now air-conditioned and revamped, is a little piece of paradise along our meadows overlooking the Morvan and the horses. The calm and space will make you appreciate your stay in a home full of charm and very well equipped (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, sheets, linens and cleaning products provided, appliances). In the garden, children can run freely. Here, you're at home! Self check-in.

Back to Basics

House, very bright and spacious, lost in the heart of Morvan. Large openings onto the forest and the pastures of cows and horses. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Need a space for the weekend, vacation or work? This place is great for families and friends/colleagues looking for tranquility. This place was a barn, but now it's been carefully renovated. Between traditional materials and modernity, this place will make you feel good and enjoy a well-equipped home. LA GRANGE can accommodate children from an early age. Dogs are also allowed.
