Bright and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable. The loft also has an external courtyard for the exclusive use of guests only. Excellently connected with the major means of transportation.

Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

We are in the center, less than a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, in a typical 18th-century Bolognese building. The apartment consists of an entrance, bathroom, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and television and bedroom with a full bed.

Located in Bologna in the Bolognina district, the apartment is a few dozen meters from the Ustica Memory Museum. A strategic location to walk to the Fair (900 meters) and, with a 20/30-minute walk, the city center. Very close you will find the bus stop that in a few minutes reaches in addition to the historic center, the high-speed train station, from which the People Moover departs, connected with the airport, the S. Orsola and the Parco Nord Arena.
