I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. The center is about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores are about a 5-minute walk. Cyclists welcome. You have 4 free bikes for your stay. Tips for trips in the area. Check out my guide. Complete solitude in the heart of nature, where even the foxes will give you a good night. The cottage is located in the Lusatian Mountains Protected Landscape Area, with the garden covering almost 15,000 meters for your rest. In addition, you can also use the summer kitchen or the indoor heated pool with a sauna. You can also relax by the crackling tiled stove, including the oven. The location of the house offers countless incredible views of the surroundings, including the possibility of visiting tourist attractions, for example, a rock castle right behind the house.

Apartment by the church not only for pilgrims

In this quiet place in the middle of the action, no complications await you. Cozy 1+kk in a historic apartment building near the church offers quiet accommodation overlooking the Church of St. Lawrence with windows facing the garden. Equipped kitchen with a single hot plate, microwave, kettle, basic dishes and groceries. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and basic amenities. The room has a spacious bed with bedding, a desk and many printed materials with information about the place and the surrounding area.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Nabízíme k ubytování nově zrekonstruovanou chatu v srdci národního parku České Švýcarsko, nacházející se v malebné obci Stará Oleška. Svojí polohou na úpatí lesa umožňuje prožití klidného odpočinku a relaxace nebo aktivní dovolené. Peší turistika či cykloturistika vybízí k objevování krás národního parku s atraktivními turistickými cíli. Nedaleká oblast labských pískovců, je také vyhledávanou lokalitou jak pro rekreační, tak pokročilé horolezce.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
