Apartment holiday rentals in Český Krumlov District

The place is smaller, but we fit a family of 4 without any problems. We didn't miss anything. Host Tereza responded right away and responded to questions.

The location of the apartment is good close to shops and the center of ČB. The panel house was easy to park. Ms. Kata responded very quickly to messages and was generally interested - great communication. The apartment is bigger with beautifully large bathroom and equipped kitchen.

I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the apartment and the reliability of the host. Thanks, we'd love to come back!

We greatly enjoyed Milena's nicely decorated apartment. The view in fantastic, there is nothing wrong with that. Also, everything is present in the apartment. However, the WiFi is weak so you have no range upstairs. The double bed in the second bedroom is narrow so if you are coming with four adults make sure you use the single bed as well. However, the mattresses of the beds are quite soft, which can give back complaints. Location is amazing, you'll really relax there. The apartment is wonderfully spacious. Tip: go to Cesky Krumlov, a lovely old little town!

We very much enjoyed this stay. The views from the accommodation were beautiful, it was quiet, and we walked to the center every day and back slightly up the hill . The place looked like the photos and had a unique atmosphere :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

The place was beautiful, clean, and perfectly furnished. Quiet but centrally located. An amazing quiet place with a great view of the water. I'm sure we haven't been here the last time. As a bonus on the ground floor, a cafe and a belly, so breakfast is taken care of. Thank you so much and we recommend.

The flat was clean and cozy, we stayed on the 9th floor. There was no kitchenette and silverware ( for those who would like to dine at the apartment ) . Drive from the village to Češské Krumlov 15 min , to Lipno 40 min. And there are many places for parking

Very pleasant and nicely clean. I can only recommend it. There's a lot to discover there. So worth a vacation. Kristyna is a very likeable host. There was only one negative thing on site, namely the excavation work in front of the pool until 7 pm, but no one can do anything about it.😉

The house is close to the city center, in quiet environment. There is a private parking place in front of the house. Spacious, clean, well-equipped accommodation. The key box solution is convenient. The communication with the host was also correct. We recommend it for families, or groups of friends.

everything went well, communication with the owner quickly. flexible check-in and checkout. just in the kitchen I was missing a scraper or sharper knives.. but that was a small detail...

Basically a brand new apartment! Only 15 minute walk to the old city, so it was very convenient to walk there whenever we wanted to. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely great communication with the host, we got a response every time basically immediately, at any time of the day, detailed instructions for the accommodation.

We wanted to spend a cozy girls' weekend to spend time together, chat, relax and enjoy. The place was as described in the listing, very easy to reach by car, great terrace and sauna and pool area. The surroundings are quiet, and if it's a little warmer, the lake is certainly a great trip. Now (at the beginning of April) we have made use of the included pool & sauna offer and let the evening end with a magnificent sun-earth on the spacious, wind-protected, terrace.

We had an great stay in the brand new apartment. Have kindly got an upgrade for a larger apartment. Tom, our local host, was super helpful and provided us with a small storage room for our bikes. The apartment is centrally located. Walking distance to small town and restaurants and supermarket. You have direct access to the lake with beautiful sunbathing area and there is also a small playground. We can fully recommend Residence Kupec!

The stay was great. When we needed anything, Veronika responded right away. I recommend. Close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Four of us (2 adults, 2 children and a dog) spent a night at the property. It was clean, towels, soap and shower gel were provided. Communication was fast and smooth via the messaging feature. The paid parking space could be made available at a discount on request. Bakeries were in the immediate vicinity of the property, so the non-existent kitchen does not disturb. Everything was within walking distance. Just across the street you could walk with the dog in the small garden. Only when it gets warmer, the lack of air conditioning could become a problem. But otherwise great and very well described. Thank you!

It is a spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. There is a slide, swing and sandpit behind the house. There is also separate parking space behind the house. The house has several apartments and we were underneath. I found it a little noisy sometimes. It was nice that you are close to the Lipno lake where there are many places where you can sunbathe and swim. The town of Cesky Krumlov is also a must.
