You can find our cottage in a small peaceful village Dolní Stropnice about a 12-minute drive south of České Budějovice. The village is bordered on two sides by the Malše and Stropnice rivers and not far from the confluence of both rivers. Its size offers accommodation especially for families with children, smaller groups of friends or couples looking for peace and romance. It provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

Typical South Bohemian stone house with an enclosed courtyard. Formerly used as a farmhouse, currently used as a summer residence. It is our pleasure to introduce you our cottage which can easily accommodate up to eight persons. The main advantage of this building is the enclosed courtyard, where you can use the pool, wine cellar, huge garden with well maintained lawn and kids playground. This small village is very close to all local must see places and provides absolute traveling comfort.

I offer for rent one of my two cottages located in Stachy (Jirkalov). The cottage is located on a sunny eastern slope 3 km from the winter sports resort Zadov. It is only 10 minutes walk to the village where there is a shop, bistro, pub, post office, doctor and pharmacy. You'll love it here because the surrounding countryside is beautiful in summer and winter. My accommodation is great for lovers of Sumava who want to spend pleasant and refreshing days in the beautiful Sumava countryside.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Máme rádi dřevo, klid a přírodu. Nikdy se nám neomrzí západy sluncem nad vodní hladinou. Proto je naše chata celodřevěná, přímo na břehu rybníka Kladiny s úžasným výhledem na vodní plochu. Je to dokonalé a klidné místo pro Váši relaxaci a odpočinek. Chata je zařízená ve skandinávském stylu s velkou prosklenou plochou. Rána v posteli v otevřeném atriu odkud je úžasný výhled na rybník jen tak nezapomenete. Hoďte všední starosti za hlavu a přijeďte k nám načerpat energii.
