Great little flat in walking distance to the town, with enough road parking around. Nikos and Ioulia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she was incredibly friendly and helped us from the very first moment. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone who plans to come to the island — it's really unforgettable!

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Everything was very nice. The place we stayed is both centrally located and our transportation to the center was very comfortable. Our host was very well-intentioned and made all the preparations for us properly. We just didn't have internet connection during our stay, we didn't have Wi-Fi, which made us a little sad. Everything went well for our stay from start to finish. Dimitri and I were very good to answer all our questions. The most attention was that the house was really clean. The air conditioning is quite enough, there are all kinds of equipment you need in the house. The only flaw is under the bathroom door, the washing machine is under the door, it can be cut and closed in a round way, otherwise the passage in the kitchen is a bit of a nuisance, but as I said, I did not mind because the house is very clean. Also, I saw from the photos that the terrace opens directly to the sea, facing the west facade. I felt safe in terms of privacy. I can say that it is exactly the price performance house, an apartment with a tiny simple and cute decoration that can meet your needs.
