Located 5 minutes from Genlis (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), 25 minutes (car) or 11 minutes (train) from the center of Dijon and the Cité de la Gastronomie, 30 minutes from Dole and the caves of Bèze for adventure enthusiasts, 10 km from the A39 motorway, 16 km from the A31 and 15 minutes from the beach of Arc-sur-Tille.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Chalet with independent entrance (next to our house) of 17m2 kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Wi-Fi, microwave. Soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, hair dryer, iron, filter coffee maker. Self check-in at any time, communication by message. Attached subdivision plan for easy arrival.

Breakfast provided in the accommodation upon arrival. 3km. from the A6 (Dijon Sud), close to the bypass for quick access to the A31, A39, A36, A40. 15 min. to the center of Dijon.
