On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms, conservatory, kitchen-diner, living room for relaxing: piano, books, games, etc. Garden with sea view, summer kitchen. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.
