Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Independent apartment in the city center

The independent 37 m² apartment is located in the very centre of Chagny, on the first floor of our house. It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, and a living room with a sofa, TV and Netflix. 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, a fridge-freezer and an espresso machine. All the shops are nearby, the market is on Sunday morning and 90 m away, the train station is 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as are other restaurants

"La Ptite Maison" is an independent old house.

Near Beaune, a few kilometres from the wine route, you can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in "la ptite maison" Old renovated house, ideal for 1 person or 1 couple. A main room with a lounge area with a sofa (cannot be used as a bed), TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area. This room is separated by a glass partition, behind which there is a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

At the foot of the vines

Newly renovated 30 m2 apartment in the heart of the Puligny-Montrachet vineyard, renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the flat. You can enjoy going for walks, and there is a barbecue available, followed by a quiet drink. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy.
