Расстояние до моря не более 100 метров. На пляже имеются шезлонги и полотенца. Так же на территории комплекса несколько ресторанов на любой вкус и аквапарк. Идеальное место для отдыха всей семьей в 12 км от ж/д вокзала Батуми.

Beautiful house, close to the sea, just 250 meters away! On a small hill, with a wonderful sea view and a constant fresh sea breeze. You have the entire second floor with a separate entrance, three bedrooms, a huge hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Each bedroom has a panoramic sea view. All bedrooms have two comfortable beds, with the possibility of adding one more bed. + in the hall, the corner unfolds and turns into a bed for two! and a flat-screen smart TV.
