My Аpartment is in the very center of downtown, next to the cruise port promenade, in the historical two-story former hotel "Centralnaia". In the area are located the best restaurants, casinos, nightclubs, cafes, and parks. 5 minutes of the walk from the beach, the Ali&Nino, Yacht Club, "Alphabet" tower, Ferris wheel, Cableway Argo, Central Bazaar & Bus station, Europe Square, Piazza Square. The apartment overlooks the courtyard, so street noise is not audible. Free parking in the courtyard.

Apartment is located on the 7 Th floor (here is the elevator)the apartment has two entrances from one yard to another park.the apartment is consider 2 rooms.the living room .kitchen ,bedroom and the bathroom, small room that u can use a child is also for the adult .balcony on the side of the park..bedroom consist of a double bed, wardrobe and wuden shelves.in the living rom the sofa ,armchears ,radio, tv with apple tv, air conditioner, teh house is very clear ,clean and cozy.

small flat in center of Batumi. It's in an excellent part of town. There is a bakery and shop very near by and its a very short 5 min walk to the beach. It is an ideal place for a couple. There is one bedroom in the apartment. In the living room, there is a folding sofa, where two additional people are placed comfortably.
