Get ready for a real escape game to retrieve the keys, then find the parking lot, the space, the exit from the parking lot, then find the entrance to the building 😂 Fortunately, a lot of explanations are given by the host but maybe a little too much which quickly gave me the feeling of being a little drowned, maybe to be seen again a little. Otherwise the accommodation is really great, functional, quiet, clean and well-located! We just missed blackout curtains (or blinds) for the morning as the kitchen does not have a shutter, it would be a real plus! Now that we know, we'll be back with pleasure!

Pleasant stay in Clermont thanks to Jacqueline who was very considerate and, despite her absence, was able to welcome us via another person. The accommodation totally suited us, with a kitchen open to the living room and a balcony overlooking the park with a beautiful view of the church (which only rings from 8am to 9PM) . The park is sometimes noisy in the late evening with the kids coming to play there, but once the windows are closed, it's fine. The bedding was comfortable and my spouse literally fell in love with the armchair and his footrest! The parking space is a real plus because it is impossible to find a free parking space in Clermont. Complicated with our big sedan, but luckily the parking was empty all the time, which allowed us to encroach on the next square and maneuver easily to get in/out of it. In short, very satisfied with our trip!

We installed our daughter for 15 days of internship in this small, very well-equipped studio, she was very comfortable there and Marie Laure was discreet but attentive when the need was felt. We would highly recommend it.

Spacious apartment in the basement of the owners' house, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Particularly comfortable mattress. And the proximity of the owners allows for very easy arrival and communication.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the balcony quite large and, despite the main road, the window perfectly isolates from noise. It's a quiet place, and during my stay I didn't hear the noise from neighbors. For spa guests: Aiga resort is exactly a 10-minute walk up. The city is quite hilly if you do not have a major motor disability, it is absolutely no problem and the distance is correct. Enjoyed my stay:)))

Functional accommodation for a family of 4. Easy access and close to the dome puy, vulcania and empetgy. The condominium may disappoint at the start but in the end it is very quiet especially in front of a retirement home 😅 An Auchan is a 2-minute walk away for shopping and Uber eat deliveries are available.

Accommodation, clean functional, very nice to have a parental alcove and a space for children a little out of the way. Bright and is very good, equipped, we'll be happy to come back!

we had a lovely stay, the cottage is functional and well-equipped. We were able to take advantage of the recommendations on the welcome booklet. Sylvain and Annabelle were responsive to provide us with sets of sheets(because we had forgotten to take our sheets) . Just to know that the pool is limited to 16 people at a time at a time may not be available whenever you want, as well as the game room where you have to pay a little extra to enjoy it. we'll be happy to continue to enjoy this beautiful region!
