We had a pleasant stay in the house, located in a very quiet and pleasant environment in the heart of the old village. The house is very well decorated and located close to mountains and beautiful sites. The big plus was being able to take our cat :) Thank you!

Great welcome by Geneviève. Very accommodating. We discovered a house full of charm, the children loved devouring the comics available and we were able to enjoy the meals on the terrace with this beautiful Auvergnat sun! Beautiful discovery of the region! We will be back!

Despite the dreary weather we had a very pleasant week thanks to the comfort of the house, all the occupations offered for children and the tips of activities nearby. Stéphanie and Luciano trusted us with our dogs, thank you for everything. A little extra, a fruit juice offered upon arrival.

our stay was short, but went very well. The setting is very nice, very quiet place, great location, secure, close to the highway. The place is chic, spacious, and very comfortable. we really enjoyed this stay. the pool is a very pleasant plus.

Pleasant atypical accommodation for a stopover evening. Quality of services. Host easily reachable and very cordial and attentive ( we had an oversight that the host immediately saw) . It's true that the bathroom is convenient, but not very spacious. Provide balls because the space is heated by the heat pump so "noise" at night. Quite nice bedding.

Thanks to Claude for hosting us. The house is very well maintained. We appreciated the little essentials in the kitchen with the basics: sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, but also dish towels, napkins, pepper salt and condiments... perfect for making the extra for 4 nights. The children really enjoyed the garden, the many games available but also the books in the living room. In the area, we visited the volcano of Lemptégy, a vulcania that we recommend on a sunny day. On rainy days we visited the volvic cave and a cheese factory in Saint Nectaire. Everything was very nice. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer to see the rest. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay despite the fickle weather. The cottage is located in a very peaceful environment, offering many opportunities for walks and hikes, whether directly from the doorstep as if taking the car for about twenty minutes maximum. The listing and its amenities are perfectly as described. The enclosed lot surrounding the cottage is optimal if, like us, you are traveling with your dog!! Hervé is very responsive and kind. No negative points to report, we recommend it without reservation!!

Perfectly located in relation to the center of Royat so perfect for a thermal cure. The accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the center. The place is perfectly quiet back from the street. There is also a small exterior which is nice. So I would recommend it.

Hosts are very friendly. I was late arriving and they waited up for me and made me feel right at home. Lovely space and great grounds for the dog to run round and stretch her legs!
