Elegant apartment in majestic area

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

Cozy studio. Chamberi. Not touristy.

Modern and small 24 m2 studio located in a classic Madrid building with a courtyard in the heart of the Chamberi neighborhood, a gastro heart par excellence. Open space, with high ceilings that will make you feel like a retreat, just 30 meters from Calle Ponzano, famous for its gastronomic offerings. Wi-Fi and TV with streaming platforms. Two metro lines, 1 and 7, and several buses. It is very well connected to all of Madrid. You can also take a 20-minute walk to the center of Madrid.
