There's the option to park a vehicle in a parking space next to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. Access to the apartment is barrier-free (no steps) and is directly from the street. Upon arrival, you'll be provided with an access code to open the front door. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90) and bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker, as well as air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, a TV and Wi-Fi (100 Mb fibre), the operation of which is explained once the booking has been made. There's no carbon monoxide detector as it's not necessary, as the heating and cooking facilities are electric. There is the possibility of providing the flat with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they let us know by sending a message via Airbnb once the booking has been made. If you need any services in addition to those listed in the ad, please feel free to request them in case we can provide them or help you get them. The studio is fully at the guest's disposal, and all the items described on the website can be used, but guests cannot access the building's common areas, such as the interior courtyards or the roof terrace, or stay on the stair landings. You can enter without the need for someone to be waiting to let you in, as it is a separate entrance from the street and there is a security box with a code at the entrance, so you can enter freely once you have the access code. My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

On one floor is the living room with a sofa bed, smart TV, fully equipped integrated kitchen and bathroom with a huge wall-to-wall shower and radiator to dry towels. On the other floor is the spacious bedroom with huge closets and a reading area with a comfortable sofa and lamp, as well as a washing machine area with an indoor clothesline and ironing equipment.
